Sell DPF Equipment in Your State

We manufacture the machines and the solvent in Noida. What we do not have is a person in every state who knows the workshops, speaks the language and can put a demo unit in front of them. That is the role.

First, the difference

Two completely different businesses

People often ask for one and mean the other. A distributor sells equipment to workshops. A franchise partner cleans filters for vehicle owners. Pick the one that matches what you already do.

Distributor Franchise partner

Some partners do both — distribute across a state and run a cleaning centre in their own city. If that is you, tell us and we will structure it as one conversation.
Your product line

One capital sale, then a consumable that keeps returning

The machine is the headline. The solvent is what turns a customer into an account — every workshop that buys a machine keeps buying chemistry from you afterwards.

Three machine models
Capital equipment

Three machine models

Pro and Plus for car and SCV workshops at ₹7.5 lakh, Supreme for truck yards at ₹11.5 lakh. Each ships as a complete working setup with adapters, soak tank, opening solvent stock, installation and training.

3E DPF Power Clean Solvent
Recurring

3E DPF Power Clean Solvent

Sold in packs and drums, and open to any workshop — including those running a competitor's machine. This is your repeat order book, and it does not depend on selling another machine that month.

Adapters, spares & consumables
Aftermarket

Adapters, spares & consumables

Additional adapter sets for unusual fitments, replacement seals and wear parts. Small tickets individually, but they keep you in front of the customer between larger orders.

Distributor pricing and minimum order quantities are set per territory and shared once an application is accepted.
What you get from us

Support that arrives before the invoice does

A distributor with no technical backing sells one machine and spends the next year apologising. Here is what stands behind you.

Protected territory

A defined state, region or set of cities, written into the agreement. We will not appoint a second distributor inside it.

Distributor pricing

Trade rates on machines, solvent and spares, with the margin structure agreed up front rather than negotiated per deal.

Enquiries routed to you

Machine and solvent enquiries we receive from your territory are passed to you rather than handled from Noida.

Demo support

Help arranging a demo unit so a garage owner can watch a full cycle before deciding — the single thing that closes these sales.

Sales & technical training

At our Noida facility, covering the product, the objections you will hear, and enough technical depth to answer a workshop's questions.

Marketing material

Brochures, specification sheets, comparison material and digital assets in your name alongside ours.

Installation & commissioning

Our technicians install and commission every machine you sell, and train the buyer's operator — so a sale does not become your service problem.

Spares on domestic supply

Everything is manufactured in Noida, so parts move on a domestic lead time instead of an import schedule.

Who this suits

The people who sell this well

The common factor is not sales skill. It is already having the phone numbers of the workshops in your region.

Garage equipment dealers

You already sell lifts, alignment machines, AC stations or scan tools. DPF equipment slots into the same catalogue and the same customer visit.

Lubricant & chemical distributors

You visit workshops on a repeat cycle already. Solvent fits that rhythm exactly, and the machine is the larger sale you introduce along the way.

Spare parts & trade suppliers

Diesel parts, filters, turbo and injector components. Your customers are the exact garages seeing clogged DPFs and losing that work.

Emission & testing suppliers

PUC equipment, gas analysers, testing gear. You already speak the compliance language a BS6 conversation needs.

What we ask of you

Distributor requirements

Nothing unusual, but we would rather be clear now than discover a gap after an agreement is signed.

The Business
  • Registered firm or company, with GST
  • Existing relationships with workshops or the automotive trade in your region
  • A trading history we can talk through — not necessarily in emission equipment
  • Storage space for solvent stock and a demo unit
Infrastructure & Electricity
  • At least one person who can be trained on the product technically
  • Someone who can run a demonstration in front of a garage owner
  • Willingness to attend training at our Noida facility
  • Capacity to visit workshops rather than wait for enquiries
The commitment
  • An initial stocking order — quantity agreed per territory
  • Solvent stock held locally so a workshop is never waiting
  • An annual target discussed and agreed, not imposed
  • Selling 3E as 3E — our specifications, our claims, our pricing discipline
Handling chemistry
  • Safe, ventilated storage for solvent packs and drums
  • Awareness of the safety data sheet supplied with every order
  • Any state-level requirement for storing or transporting the product
  • No repackaging or relabelling of the solvent
The process

From first call to first order

Straightforward, and we will tell you early if your territory is already taken rather than string it out.

Garages first
01

Garages first

Visit the multi-brand workshops around you. They already see clogged filters and have nowhere to send them. Trade work fills a machine faster than walk-ins ever will.

Fleets & taxi operators
02

Fleets & taxi operators

One taxi fleet or transport company can steady an entire month. Offer a free health check on two vehicles and let the readings do the talking.

Your Google listing
03

Your Google listing

A verified Google Business Profile with real photos and reviews is what wins "DPF cleaning near me" locally. It costs nothing and outranks a website for local searches.

Before/after proof
04

Before/after proof

Photograph every filter and keep the readings. A WhatsApp message showing 210 mbar dropping to 30 sells better than any brochure.

Pickup & courier
05

Pickup & courier

Collect filters from garages, and accept couriered filters from other cities. This is how a single centre serves a whole region.

Honest Answers

The machine is the main investment — ₹7.5 lakh plus GST for Pro or Plus, ₹11.5 lakh plus GST for the truck-capable Supreme, with installation, adapters, training and starting solvent included. Beyond that you need around 400 sq ft with three-phase power and water, one technician to train, and working capital for solvent and early marketing.

Yes, and most people entering this in India have none — there is no established trade to have learned it from. Training covers filter theory, diagnosis, machine operation, safety, documentation and how to explain the job to a customer. The harder skill is diagnosis and honest advice, not pressing the button.

You can have jobs waiting on the day the machine is commissioned if you spend the delivery window visiting local garages and fleets. Workshops that wait for walk-ins after installation take considerably longer to fill the machine.

At typical car pricing, a modest steady volume covers the machine within 6–10 months. Rather than trusting a headline figure, put your own expected volume, price and running cost into our ROI calculator — and ask us to confirm your real cost per filter first.

You will need normal business registration and GST, a municipal trade licence, and consent from your State Pollution Control Board, because used solvent and sludge are regulated waste requiring an authorised disposal route. Requirements vary by state, so confirm locally. We help partners prepare the documentation, but we are not your legal advisor.

Around 400 sq ft covers the machine, the soak tank, filter handling and a customer area, and the machine does not occupy a vehicle lift. It needs a three-phase connection, water and compressed air. Exact load and air figures are on each model page, and we confirm your site before delivery.

That is how most successful centres fill their machine. Local garages have clogged filters and nowhere to send them, so trade work usually outweighs walk-ins in the first year — and couriered filters from other cities extend the market further.

Most Indian banks and NBFCs finance workshop equipment against the invoice. We do not lend, but we will provide the quotation, specification and a written running-cost model in the format a lender asks for.
